Shipping and Returns General Shipping Information Our days of operation are Monday through Friday. We will endeavour to ship all items within two (2) working days, pending the full order being in stock and ready to ship. All shipments from Carbon Imports & Accessories P/L will carry full insurance. Once the package leaves Carbon Imports & Accessories P/L our liability ends. This is why we only ship with full insurance. If the package is lost or damaged by the shipping service you will be responsible to file a claim and proceed according to the shipping companies instructions. If you receive a damaged item please contact the carrier and us immediately so we all know the situation. The carrier will more than likely want to inspect the package and a claim will be filed from there. If items in your order are not in stock and have to be ordered we will hold the entire shipment until all of your items are ready unless you specify otherwise and are willing to pay the additional shipping charges. By default we hold all shipments until the entire invoice is ready to ship so please let us know if you would like to split the shipment. Most items will ship directly from Carbon Imports & Accessories P/L, but occasionally we will have items drop shipped. If the item is shipped from another source then this shipping policy will not apply. If you only want to receive shipments from us, please contact us prior to placing your order. Domestic shipping Domestic shipping will be shipping from our facility in Sydney, NSW, to any address within Australia. We only use Australia Post at this stage, and offer ground, two to three day delivery options, we cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays from Australia Post. International shipping At this stage we do not offer International shipping. Returns Returns are only accepted on in stock items. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned in original uninstalled an unused condition with original payment receipt and packaging. We do not accept returns on ANY electrical items. We do not accept returns on special order items or clearance/closeout items. Deposits for special orders are non-refundable. Items that are eligible for return are subject to a 15% restocking fee. You may avoid this fee by exchanging for another item. There will be no credit issued for the original shipping and handling amount. In addition you will also be responsible for return shipping to us and you will be responsible for making these arrangements.
